This blog is all about my experiences at The New England Culinary Institute. While applying, I was starved for knowledge on the experiences and classes, but I couldn’t find any first hand accounts of going to NECI. So when I was accepted, I decided to blog about everything. I wanted to keep friends and family informed, but also wanted to inform those who might be interested in going to NECI themselves.
